The Gem Talent Agency is a boutique model and talent agency based out of South Florida, licensed and bonded in the state of Florida. Founded in 2016, our mission has been to inspire, encourage, and enhance our talent’s ability to express their art.
Our pool of talent is constantly growing being that we actively scout and cultivate new talent. We represent models of all ages but the majority of our talent base are children 3-7 and adults 18-45.
our agency is a firm believer in community and giving back to those less fortunate. We encourage our models to volunteer in causes they believe in and we’ve also partnered with a local foster care agency in a mentorship role.
